Change of Chief Executive Officer in Leo Motors
LAS VEGAS – March 14, 2011: Dr. Shi Chul “Robert” Kang resigned as CEO & Chairman of Leo Motors, Inc. (Pink OTC Markets: LEOM). The board of directors appointed Mr. Jung Yong Lee, one of the remaining directors and Chief Technical Officer, as Chairman and CEO.
